Tiered Ticketing:

In order to make this event more inclusive, we are excited to offer tiered ticketing again this year. The tiers include:

• Patron Level: This level offers the opportunity to help offset the cost of our faculty and staff to attend at no cost.
• General Admission Level: This level covers the cost of attendance.
• Discounted Admission Levels: These discounted ticket levels offer flexibility to our community. If the offered ticket levels do not work for your family, please reach out to springbenefit@evergreenschool.org

Please note: Each ticket level is for a single event ticket. All ticket levels are confidential and include the same event experience.

Meal Options: 

• Dinner will be served “family-style”  which is less formal than the traditional plated meal.
• This format allows us to mix it up a little bit and offer some new and exciting meal options.
• If you have dietary restrictions—we’ve got you covered—you will be asked to indicate dietary restrictions on the registration form. 

Ticket Purchase Form Tips: 

• Save Your Credit Card: If you would like Greater Giving to remember your credit card to use for event purchases, please check the "I authorize The Evergreen School to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event The Evergreen School Spring Benefit 2024" at the bottom of this page.
• Group Name Field: Tables seat 10. If you would like to sit with a specific group of 10, please create a group "name" (e.g. Fourth Grade Falcon Fans) and share that name with all of those in your group. Have your group use that group name in this field to be seated together. If there are specific people you would like to be seated with, but not a full group, please name them here individually. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
• Detailed Information: Please fill this information out for each guest that is attending (e.g. Guest 1 & Guest 2).
• "Carry forward above Contact Information" Box: Select this box to carry guest's information to the payment page (note, this box may only be selected for one guest).
